Our first time working with AMH Development, we loved creating this video for presentation to P&Z. Bringing their single family homes for rent (aH4R.com) community to Columbus for the first time, it was important to highlight the quality product, amenities and unique community.
Montgomery Quarter is an exciting mixed-use development designed by KZF and on one of the most coveted redevelopment sites in the Cincinnati region. Engaged by the Gateway Partners development team of Neyer, Brandicorp and Casto, we were able to highlight proximity to downtown Montgomery while showcasing an “already built” feel to the potential tenants.
"When preparing the North Market Bridge Park exterior signage package for City of Dublin Planning and Zoning, we struggled to accurately depict the illumination, materials and dimensions on paper. We enlisted the services of Reveal Visuals to animate the building from day to night, which ultimately brought our designs to life.
